CHINO FIRST!
Leadership You Can Trust — Today and Tomorrow
Chino is a unique city with tremendous potential and opportunities yet to be realized. I bring a clear vision for turning those opportunities into meaningful results for our community.
I am dedicated to practical solutions that strengthen our community and improve the quality of life for every Chino resident. These are just a few of the important issues I will address as your Council Member.
My goal is simple: A Better Chino for All.
Public Safety
Local Infrastructure
Fiscal Accountability
I will support our first responders and ensure they have the tools, training, and resources they need to serve our community effectively and respond when we need them most.
Public safety means more than response times—it means giving families peace of mind knowing their neighborhoods are protected. It also means protecting the small and large businesses that are vital to our community.
When our first responders have the resources they need, our residents can feel safer, our businesses can operate with greater confidence, and Chino can remain a strong and secure place to live, work, and raise a family.
As Chino continues to grow, our infrastructure must grow with it. More residents and development bring increased traffic and greater demands on our roads and public infrastructure. We need to plan ahead and make the necessary improvements to support our community.
For too long, important improvements have been tied to future development instead of addressing the needs residents face today. We need to be proactive—not reactive—and make sure projects are planned properly and done right the first time.
Our residents deserve responsible planning, quality infrastructure, and accountability for how their tax dollars are spent. Chino’s growth should improve our quality of life, not come at the expense of it.
We must maintain balanced city budgets and ensure transparent, responsible spending without placing the burden of budget shortfalls on our residents.
Every tax dollar represents the hard work of someone in our community. We have a responsibility to manage those dollars efficiently, eliminate unnecessary spending, and make sure our General Fund delivers the greatest possible value for Chino residents.
Our residents work hard for their money, and City Hall should work just as hard to protect it. That means planning responsibly, spending wisely, and investing in the services and improvements that strengthen our community for today and the future.
Jimmy understands Chino's needs because he lives them. He's the accessible, accountable leader we need at City Hall.
